Caribou is the new name for Manitoba.
I love the latest album, but I'll warn you it's not v. exciting to watch/hear them live. They've got some projected visuals, and they drum like no band you've ever seen, but I wouldn't get too stressed about getting there for the entire opening set. I can give you some of their music if you want.
I've heard good things about caribou. anything's got to be better than papa m on the last tour.
I'll give a big thumbs up for Caribou. Always a good show.
