Leaf, i don't understand not digging the strokes' "1st impressions of earth". room on fire was merely a collection of good "is this it?" b-sides. the band finally has the rocks to mix it up w/ heavier rock stuff, some more electronic sounding Cars'ish stuff, & some slower tunes--vocals are brightened & it's >30min. i say best. "Is This It? 3.0" would've been worst
